*GSTA & PSNM DISTT. NW-A, team held a meeting with the worthy DDE Distt. Dr. A.K. Bhatt for demand of new eligible MACP cases are due upto 30/9/2023.*
*Reg. Submission of MACP file's mail has been sent to all the schools of both zone IX & X with complete schedule/details & performa.*
*Officials MACP files will be submitted strictly according to the attached schedule mentioned in school's mail like:- allotment date, school ID & time to S.O. admin.in room no.-5 ,Shalimar Bagh District office. ( timing:- 12.00 noon to 4 PM)*
*The files will be checked throughly at the time of submission and incomplete files will be returned back. No cases will be entertained without District level vigilance report.*
*Therefore all HOS/Employees are requested to submit VCR performa's of eligible officials upto 10-12-2023 (for both Zone-9 &10)*
*Note :- Please carefully see the attached mail & duly filled performa's before submit the files.*
