Im appointed as TGT on promotion from MCD on 29/7/2005...but didnot get 17140/ pay after 6.CPC. neither can I apply for stepping up case as we teachers of 2004-2005 batch cannot find junior for stepping up..GSTA is of no use as they can not get a general order that all those who r appointed or promoted before 01/01/2006 should be fixed on 17140/.....please help us to get our pay fixed correctly
ReplyDeleteDon't worry Sir, Matter is under Review in CAT and matter is listed on 15/05/2014 for fresh hearing as given on Sr.No. 16 dated 04/04/2014 above.
ReplyDeletewhat is the latest judgement by CAT which was to be pronounced on 15/5/2014 ? i am also thinking of putting the same case of pay anamoly of direct recruits senior vs junior . i had put up stepping up case but nothing has happened till now . my file hasnt moved out from the zone. it is rotating between the school and zone clerks . they are not cooperating. zone se some objection lagkar file wapas main hi lati hun n school udc objection hatane mein interestd nahi hoti. she thinks it is a wastage of time. i think this is the most corrupt department i am working in. DSTFplease suggest me an advocate who can help me file a case in CAT. please help

ReplyDeleteMy colleague is working for 3 yrs. as a teacher in a govt. school under delhi administration.recently her file was sent to district office for her confirmation.
ReplyDeleteshe got a reply "no enquiry is pending against the official"
now another file will be sent again which will include her ACRs,work conduct etc. for confirmation,so that she becomes permanent.
there are several lapses in this school's administration.it has no principal,but a vice-principal who also acts as DEO.she's on extension.
recently there was some lapse by the school and vice principal is trying to put entire blame on my friend and threatening to give her a memo.
i want to know:
1. if my colleague gives a solid,logical reply in memo which highlights the lapses and malfunctioning of school because of which this mistake happened,will that memo stand nullified or cancelled?or can it still be added in her service book or for taking any action against in future?
2. the vice principal has a habit of not giving the receiving of letters which my friend gives her because she's afraid my colleague can use them as a proof of school's lapses.
so if she refuses to give a receiving of the memo's reply,how can my colleague have the proof that she had given a reply?
is there any change in salary of guest teachers??

DeleteAround 5 years back all the posts of Head Master / Head Mistress were upgraded / converted as VICE PRINCIPAL in the Middle Level Schools including Government Aided schools. In 2011 our Aided School Headmistress retired and when we called for DPC we were advised to get the post of Vice Principal sanctioned from DOE and instead of Head Mistress conduct the DPC for Vice Principal. We have requested to the DOE for the same however even after a time of four years, nothing has come out as Post Fixation Exercise has not initiated in case of government aided schools for more than four years. Can you please advise and guide us on this and also any update that you have on this issue. We are running the school without HM for the last four years by assigning the work to a Senior TGT

Deletetgt appointed against post code 012/2002.some were given old pension schemeand some new pensionscheme. my junior were given old pensionand iwas given new pension as per seneroty list.we have selectee on basis of written exam on same day. he belong to gen and i belong to obc.what should ido.
ReplyDeleteAs per the information given by you, it seems Your Junior got the same by CAT. Now Make Representation to the Department by giving Examples/reference of your Junior.
Deletei joined as assistan teacher in 2004(the panel was prepared in 2002,post code 14/2002) and covered under new pension scheme but according to seniority list my juniors are get appointed in 2003 and benefited by old pension scheme.
ReplyDeleteafter that some of the batchmates who covered under new pension scheme due to their appointment in 2004,2005,2006 onwards aproach the Hon'ble CAT and gets discision in their favour and succes to get covered under old pension scheme.
On the basis of this, as my junior is getting these benefit by the order of Hon'ble CAT ,I have written to the department but no discision yet be taken.
Kindly suggest me what should I do?

ReplyDelete1 Rule 10. Date of next increment in the revised pay structure - There will be a uniform date of annual increment, viz. 1st July of every year. Employees completing 6 months and above in the revised pay structure as on 1st of July will be eligible to be granted the increment.
2 Besides this The first increment after fixation of pay on 1.1.2006 in the revised pay structure will be granted on 1.7.2006 for those employees for whom the date of next increment was between 1st July, 2006 to 1st January, 2007.
3. 1) Rule No. 3 (Para7) Definitions of “Revised pay structure” in relation to any post means the Pay Band and Grade Pay specified in column 2 of the first schedule.
4. On stepping up of pay neither pay band nor grade pay changes. hence I completes 6 months in revised pay structure.
Please help me. I should get or not the increment on 01/07/2006.

सर, कृपया सहायता करें। मैंने 01/10/2012 को नवोदय विद्यालय समिति में टीजीटी सोशल साइंस ज्वायन किया था। और दिल्ली शिक्षा निदेशालय में जनवरी 2017 को टीजीटी सोशल साइंस के पद पर ज्वॉइन किया। मैने नवोदय से NOC और Technical Resignation लिया था और Through proper channel DOE में आया। मैंने Counting of past service with pay protection के लिए DOE में फाईल लगाई है। मेरी service book, Service verification chart , EOL और अन्य document submit हो गए है। मैं यह जानना चाहता हूं कि NPS और PRAN transfer हो जाने के बाद क्या Pro-rata pensionary benifits के तहत Leave sallery , leavincashment, and Gratuity अब Applicable है या नहीं? मेरी फाईल पर Pro-rata pensionary benifits ,लाने की objection लगी है जो कि NPS के मामले में लगती है या नहीं यह confirm नहीं है।

ReplyDeleteSir ,my juniors have been promoted as lecturer in last 2015_16 list but my promotion is denied on the bases of five years service as I joined on Dec.2010 but my seniority is from 2003.Is there any rule about minimum qualifying service when juniors are promoted.In this matter I submit a representation to E-2 branch but they denied on the bases of 5 year service.Someone told me that there is a rule for 3 year regular service when juniors are promoted.Please help me in this case.It would be very kind of you.phone no-8368386258.

Thanks for contacting DSTF. Female guest teacher who is on maternity leave must be sanction maternity leave and after expiry of the leave, She can resume her duty.

ReplyDeleteI work in a govt aided school.
I have submitted a leave application in school office for my M.A. exams 11 days prior to exams. I haven't got any reply from them since then. But when I rejoin my duty, I recieved a letter from school chairmen, stating:
"I should have talked to principal and get this sanctioned before going for leave. Because of this, I am marking this as leave without pay. Also, will ask principal to mark this incident in your annual confidential report.".
I have requested them to mark it as Earned leave. But they have denied. I am 54 years old, only 6 years of my career is left. Do they have a right to refuse my leave application on the above stated grounds? What should I do in my interest, please advice.

sorry for replying late and Thanks for visiting DSTF. First of all Leave is not right of a employee but should not necessarily be refused by the Principal. Have you taken due permission for your study? Have you receiving of your application? Principal should have denied before proceeding of your leave, if he had not denied the leave then He can can not mark you as without Pay because He has not rejected your application for leave. You can meet the Higher authority for the same.

First of all request the Principal to Sanction the Leave application. If any action is taken by her then make a representation that I have given the application for leave for my exam for which I have already got the permission. For taking exam I have also given the leave application 11 days prior to my exam which is duly received in the office. My leave was not denied before my exam and I presumed that the leave has been sanctioned. If the leave had not been sanctioned then you must have given me the rejection letter before my exam. If after this representation, She takes any action, you may meet Education officer of your district. Thanks

If employee do Bed in regular basis he or she lose Two year salary.
