Promotion Circular No. 1474 – 75 dated 03/08/2022
All HOS, under Distt. North West –A, are directed to submit the case file of eligible TGTs for promotion to the post of PGT from 09:00 AM to 02.00 PM dated 08 August 2022 :
A) Schools under Zone – 09 : Jahangir Puri , Plot – 5, A Block – SKV ( 1309279)
B) Schools under Zone – 10 : BADLI – SKV ( 1310034)
Checklist :
1: MIS copy of Work & Conduct Report
2: MIS copy of Integrity Certificate
3: MIS copy of Educational Qualification Proforma
4: MIS copy of No Penalty Certificate
5: MIS copy of Seniority No certificate
6: MIS copy of Vigilance Clearance Certificate
7: MIS copy of complete report for promotion ( TGT to PGT) ( S. No. 3 under Promotion link on MIS School login)
8: Copy of First page of Service Book
9: Copy of page of SB where entry of PG Subject has been made
10: Copy of PG Mark sheets
11: Copy of PG Degree
12; Copy of Permission for PG Subject , if completed during service
13: Eligibility Certificate on School letter head
14: Copy of SC/ ST Certificate, if applicable
15: Copy of PwD certificate, if applicable
16: ACR/ APAR grading ( duly verified) only on school letter head from 2016-17 to 2020-21( no copy of ACR/ APAR is required)
Note :
1: Teachers who got promoted to the post of PGT Home Science or PGT Fine Arts or Engg. Drawing , only, are directed to submit 02 copies of PG Mark sheets and Degree
2: File must be arranged in as per check list and paging should be done from back to front .
3: Place the Checklist in the front.
