The Union Cabinet has approved Rs 3,737 crore bonus for central government employees.

The Union Cabinet has approved bonus for central government employees. The announcement was made by Union Minister Prakash Javadekar.

The bonus will benefit 30 lakh non-gazetted central government employees.

The bonus will be disbursed right away. The move will further boost consumption in the economy, Javadekar said.
