If my pay is fixed on 1/1/16 as described by u--- basic pay + grade payx 2.57( as on 31/12/2015) and fixed account to d matrix. OK, Now question is what will be our next increment date.if it id 1/1/17, we will get yearly increment after 18 months. What are d options

DeleteMadam your increment date will be 1/7/2016 as usual. The date of increment will be changed in cases of MACP/Promotion/Appointment after 1/1/16.
There for after fixation on 1/1/2016, your DNI will be 1/7/2016.
