List of Eligible TGT's for the Promotion to the Post of Lecturer

The DoE has published the List of Eligible TGT's for the Promotion to the Post of Lecturer Yesterday. DoE has directed all the HoS to submit the following Certificates online 

1. Work and conduct report and Integrity Certificate.
2. No penalty certificate.
3. Certificate regarding seniority number.
4. Certificate regarding qualification
5. School level vigilance clearance Report.
6. Certificate regarding Educational qualification report to the effect that the individual is eligible for promotion in accordance with educational qualification as prescribed in the RRs. The HOS will submit the same after authentication to the concerned DOE for further onward submission to this branch.
7. Self Attested Copies of SC/ST certificate, if applicable.(offline)

The above said information relating to HOS shall be completed and the copy of documents as specified above should reach the DOE concerned by 21/05/2016 positively. 

1. After submission of the above said documents online and manually by the concerned HOS, the DOE shall download the zone of consideration list and document submitted by the HOSs from their login 10. Thereafter, they will submit the proformae online as detailed below.
2. District Level Vigilance Clearance Report (online).
3. ACRs for the years 2008-09 to 2012-13 (automatically updated from the MIS module, In case the ACR for any teacher not updated in the MIS for any relevant period the same should be got updated on top priority.)
4. Certificate regarding Educational qualification report which is submitted by the concerned HOSs to the DOE to the effect that the individual is eligible for promotion in accordance with educational qualification strictly as prescribed in the RRs shall be forwarded to E-II Branch after authenticating the same.

Thereafter. all the DOEs will generate the Synopsis online and shall provide a hard copy of synopsis along with the prescribed Certificate regarding veracity of Educational qualification possessed by each TGT to be promoted to PGT as per qualification mentioned in RRs of concerned subject (as per copy of RRs available on Departmental Website viz www.edudel.nic.in.)to the E-II branch positively by 28.05.2016.
