SFTC LETTER TO GSTA TO FULFILL THE PROMISES DONE IN ELECTION

Dear GSTA Executives

SFTC wants to know about those promises which ever you did for the welfare of thousands of teachers of DoE GNCTD during GSTA ELECTION CAMPAIGN in July 2014. First of all clarify your efforts what have you done to remove the CENSUS DUTY of the exploited teachers. As you promised emphatically during GSTA ELECTION CAMPAIGN that teachers will not be engaged any type of additional duties like election duty, census duty, BLO duty etc.except teaching work. On the other hand, teachers are engaging frequently for ONE MONTH on the pious occasion of NAVRATRA while teachers are already fulfilling their duties by evaluating the answer sheets of HOME EXAM. The another promise as promised by present GSTA of PAY ANAMOLY, hasn't been fulfilled yet now. On the other hand, many teachers have sent their files for STEPPING UP in the month of May, 2015 at district level. After six months, these files are returning to the schools with latest objections.

Dear GSTA Executives, Clarify the functions of District Level Staff Grievance Committee. Why it was constituted? Dear GSTA Executives, as you promised to reduce the increased time before the honourable teaching community during GSTA ELECTION CAMPAIGN, it seems you have not done proper efforts to solve such problems intelligently. Teachers of DoE GNCTD are waiting with hopeful and curious eyes 👀 when promises will be fulfilled as promised by our present GSTA?
