Issues Speaking Order on MACP- Delhi High Court

As Per the President AIKVTA, The Hon'ble Delhi High court has directed the Hon'ble CAT, Principal Bench to issue a fresh speaking order to implement MACP (10, 20, 30) in the case which was filed by Mr. Prasad, Mr. Jagat and others initially at CAT, Delhi.

KVS had approached Delhi High Court for not implementing the CAT order.

Now the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi has disposed of the appeal filed against the Judgement of CAT by the KVS.

The Hon'ble Delhi High Court has directed all the parties to appear before the tribunal on 21st January, 2016.

A New Judgement is expected on 21st January, 2016
