Letter of Secretary Executive
Dear brothers (Teachers),
All teachers elected the present GSTA with hope and
aspiration of/to
- Removal of anomaly in respect of fixation of salary of seniors at the level of minimum entry pay.
- Represent Delhi school teachers in 7th pay commission.
Respected friends I want to invite your views in respect of
above two points i.e whether present GSTA
could fulfill the aspirations of teachers or made serious efforts to fulfill the aspirations.
Sir I request you to ask the present GSTA to show the copy
of representation made by them to 7th pay commission (with receiving of representation to pay
commission), the invitation letter from 7th pay commission to GSTA to represent
teachers and time when did the present GSTA made official meeting with 7th pay
commission.
All I requesting to demand the authentic proofs on above
mentioned subjects, is right of all Delhi school's teachers and present GSTA is
morally bound to disclose the documents.
Here I am displaying the detailed list of associations/federations which held meetings with 7th pay commission.
In the list nowhere name of either GSTA or Fedration of
Educational Associations of Delhi (GSTA is a part of this Fed ration which represent employees of all Education Cadres including officers upto the level
of Additional Director, DDEs, Principals, Vice Principals, Lecturers, T.G.Ts, Assistant teachers and Lab
Assistants) is mentioned.
Respected friends 'Federation of Educational Associations of
Delhi' was called by 6th pay commission on 15th March 2007 and thus represented you in the leadership of the then President Sh. Om Singh jee, General Secretary
Sh. Rajkishorejee along with officer
cadre representatives. (Please see annuxure part of 6th pay commision report
page no-2)
Respected friends its the time to analyse whether this
service association is working as per your desire and expectations or bluffing
the teachers by keeping us in dark.
