PUBLIC CIRCULAR
Sub : Adjustment of Guest Teachers Candidates in other District/Schools of DoE (including taken over schools) during session 2015-16.
In continuation of this office circular No. DE 18-2(19)/Plg/2015-16/1531-34 dated 13-08-2015 on the above subject, all DDEs/HOSs are informed that on the basis of online/offline reports sent to this branch by respective district(s)/schools on vacancy position and canidates list who could not be engaged due to non availability of suitable posts another list seprately for Model schools and other schools (through concerned Districts) are now enclosed for adjustment with the direction to process their engagement during 07.09.2015. The enclosed list of names have been included in the existing online modules at district/school level (as the case may be). The terms and conditions of engagement of guest teacher remain unchanged.
All the guest teacher applicants whose names are included in the enclosed list are directed to report to the distict/school concerned (as the case may be) during 07.09.2015 - 09.09.2015 without fail for verification of their documents engagement as Guest Teachers.
HOSs must ensure that the number of regular teachers, contract teachers (J&K Migrants), Language Teachers of respective Academic and Guest Teachers taken together shall not exceed the sanctioned posts for a given category/subject in the School.
