The DoE , DDE District West- B published the the Public Notice for the engagement of Guest Teachers on dated 12/11/2014 . The text matter of which is as follow :

PUBLIC NOTICE
It is hereby informed that despite three rounds of allotment of schools by the District North West B, to the guest Teachers for the session 2014-15 some vacancies are still lying vacant for lecturer/PGT in different subjects.
All Eligible candidates/applicants as per lists annexed (Gender wise/Category wise/subject wise) may report to the office of Deputy Director of Education District North West- B, FU-Block, Pitampura, Delhi in person latest by 14/11/2014 during office hours i.e. 10 AM till 5 PM to give their willingness for joining/engagement as guest teacher.
If any candidate from the annexed list fails to report during the stipulated period it will be presumed that he/she is not interested to be engaged as guest teachers and next candidates in the merit list will be given opportunity.
At the time of reporting the candidate must carry his/her online application form and all original relevant documents viz. Marksheets, certificates, Degree, Provisional Certificate Caste Certificate, Experience Certificate, Disability Certificate (if applicable) along with the set of attested photocopies of the same and any I.D. Proof.
Merely reporting to the district office does not ensure engagement as Guest Teacher. School Allotment will be done on the basis of order of merit and availability of vacancies category wise, subject wise and gender wise, Engagement as guest teacher is further subject to verification of documents and fulfillment of eligibility conditions as per existing Recruitment Rules.
In case of an OBC candidates only those candidates will be considered who have valid OBC certificate issued by competent authority of GNCT of Delhi
