which grade will apply in case there is change of grade in middle of the block.For eg i want to claim my ltc for block 2010-2013 at a higher grade which was changed from july 2013. Can i do the same?

DeleteFrom date When you get the Higher GP, you will become entitled class of of that Higher GP. It don't matter it is middle or first year of Block year.
