ORDER
In exercise of powers conferred
under Rule 43 of the DSEAR, 1973, the Hon’ble Lt. Governor, Govt. of National
Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to allow the Re-employment of Teachers,
Vice-Principal and Principals of Private un-aided recognized schools upto the
age of 65 years. The re-employment will not be automatic, but will be subject
to vigilance clearance, fitness, performance, work & conduct and on a year
to year basis, based on annual contract by the School Management.
The Terms and conditions of
re-employment are being issued separately.
