*Subject: Application for Reimbursement of Tablet Purchases by Teachers.*
Respected Madam,
We, the Loktantrik Adhyapak Manch Delhi, are writing to bring to your kind attention the delay in the reimbursement of funds for tablets purchased as per the directive issued by the Directorate of Education ref. *Order no. F.No. DE/IT/Tablets/2023/456 dated 07/12/2023 followed by F. No. DE/IT/Tablets/2023/463-70 dated 12/12/2023.*
While the teachers complied with the directives and purchased the tablets for educational purposes, All of them have not yet received any reimbursement for the expenditure incurred. This delay has caused financial strain on many teachers.
We kindly request your intervention in this matter to expedite the reimbursement process. We have already written multiple times to the office of DOE also. In addition to this we have had a discussion on this issue in the formal meeting with you aimed at various issues of Education and teachers. We would be grateful if the Directorate of Education could disburse the amount spent by teachers on tablets at the earliest possible.
