The department is not in the mood to give Rs. 17140 to all the teachers on their promotion. The department is only giving 17140 to the Teacher's who were party in the case. Therefore department is not issuing the general order for all teachers. So all other teachers have to download the below application and apply to the principal to get the 17140 as minimum on their promotion.
