MINUTES OF MEETING HELD WITH THE MEMBERS OF PROSPECTIVE PANELS OF GOVT.
SCHOOL TEACHERS ON 05.03.2014 AT LUDLOW CASTLE, SPORTS COMPLEX AT 3.00 P.M.
On the basis of discussion with participants (A list of participants
enclosed) following decisions were taken unanimously.
a. Members requested to extend the period
of membership campaign up to 15.04.2014 so as to cover all the members of GSTA.
Therefore membership campaign is extended up to 15.04.14.
b. Some of the members expressed the
difficulty in receiving membership receipt books on different grounds and
complained that GSTA Office in Old-Secretariat is found closed when they visit
to receive the membership receipt books. They have suggested for availability
of recipt books in R.O. Office for Convenience. Therefore the GSTA Office
bearers are requested to provide the adequate number of receipt books in GSTA
office as well as in R.O. Office.
c.
Members requested not to issued enmass
transfer orders of teachers before electgion of GSTA except in special and
essential circumstances. In this regard, GSTA should approach Director of
Education to consider the request.
d.
Members present broadly agreed to the
election schedule with the following amendments :-

Members present expressed their displeasure upon the absence of any
office bearer of AGTA. Therefore in future it is desirable that a responsible
office bearer of GSTA must be present in all such meetings.
