Subject : Disbursement of Cheque

CIRCULAR

1.       All the Charge Officer (except those who have opted for cash payment) are requested to collect the Cheque for Honorarium to the Charge Officers/Supervisors/Co-Supervisors and Enumerators deployed for collection of Bio-metric (Ist & IInd round) pertaining to NPR work of Census-2011 in GNCT of Delhi. In case the Charge officer is not able to visit this office personally, he/she may depute a responsible officer along with authority letter, duly signed by him and revenue stamp to collect the Cheque. The authorized person must be having his/her I –Card.
2.           Charge Officers who have not submitted the voucher and utilization certificate in original of Rs. 10000/- must bring the same while coming/deputed person for collection cheque, which has already been paid to them towards contingency for Bio-metric work for NPR.
3.       All the vouchers should have the signatures of the receiver and verified by the Charge Officer with official seal.
4.         Without Utilization Certificate & Vouchers of Rs 10000/-, the Cheque will not be disbursed.
5.           Charge Officer, who have already submitted the vouchers and u/c need not submit again.
