DOE has published the 2nd  promotion list for left out teachers (162 Male and 65 Female) TGT/LTs/ MISC teachers to the post of LECTURERS/PGT 2011-12 (Male/female)  for all subjects today vide order No.DE2(2)(14)/DPC/E-II/2012/1539 .Subject wise promotion are as under :
