Ms. Tripti Gupta, TGT Domestic Science, Govt. S.K.V.No.1, New Seelampur, Delhi-110053 filed OA-1822/2012, Mukesh Kr. Agrawal TGT Maths and Om Prakash Sharma, TGT (S.Sc.) of Govt. S.B.V. No.1, Tughlakabad Ext., New Delhi-19 filed OA-1952/2012 for the Pay Fixation of teacher's Rs. 18460/ as minimum Basic Pay for TGT's on 1-1-2006 as per the 6 CPC recommendationbefore CAT.

The subject matter of these two cases being the same, they are being disposed of by this common order. However, for the sake of convenience brief facts in OA-1822/2012 are discussed by CAT.

what happened to 17140 pay fixation case. when will we get our pay fixation get corrected since general order after decision of CAT case has not been given by dir of edu.

The anomaly committee has agreed to fix the pay in the entry scale (i.e 17140 for TGT) of post on promotion. The order is expected very soon....
