The UTTAM SINGH (TGT Hindi),
OMKAR SINGH (TGT Skt..) AND PARIKSHIT KUMAR (PGT Commerce) of DOE, DELHI had earlier filed
OA-610/2011 for the
Pay Fixation of teacher's Rs. 18460/ as minimum Basic Pay for TGT's and Rs.
18750/- as minimum Basic Pay for PGT's on 1-1-2006 as per the 6 CPC
recommendation
before CAT which was disposed of on 04.11.2011 with the direction to the
respondents to re-examine the issue of pay fixation of the applicants within a
period of two months. Accordingly, the
respondents have passed the impugned orders in compliance of the directions of
the Tribunal.
The above Said teachers again
filed the case in the CAT vide OA-657/2012.
The same case was
filed by Ranjan
Sharma (TGT English) filed case vide OA-931/2012.
The Teachers Sanjay Bansal (TGT-Hindi), Mohd. Ali Khan (TGT-English), Roshpal
Singh (Assistant Teacher) also filed case OA-3582/2011, MA-2620/2011.
The subject
matter of these three cases being the same, they are being disposed of by this
common order.

Certainly this is apathy of govt. Who is willingly creating a nuisance to teachers. Now do a good by providing them first direct recruited tgt , pgt in sub. and lan . and also in misc. Thanks a lot

ReplyDeletenow what should be our next step as principals are saying that DDEs will give directions for refixation of pay to 17140/- . Do we hv to wait for DDEs orders or we should put up our stepping up case . Please Guide
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, as National Anomaly Committee in meeting held on 17/07/2012 has agreed to fix the entry level pay i.e. Rs.17140/- on promotion. order will be expected very soon. Click on the below link to read :
