The 3 teachers UTTAM SINGH (TGT Hindi), OMKAR SINGH (TGT Skt..) AND PARIKSHIT KUMAR (PGT Commerce) of DOE, DELHI filed the case in the CAT for the Pay Fixation of teacher's Rs. 18460/ as minimum Basic Pay for TGT's and Rs. 18750/- as minimum Basic Pay for PGT's on 1-1-2006 as per the 6 CPC recommendation. ReplyDeleteThere is so many cases pending in the CAT, If there is somewhat positive news, then department will issue general order for the teachers like the re-appointment order issued by department for all vice-principal and Principal
