ONLINE REQUEST FOR TRANSFER EXTENDED

DOE extended the the on line request for transfer of teachers up to 16/05/2012.

HOS has to submit the hard copies of on line transfer request with prescribed Annexure 'A' is extended up to 21/05/2012

DOE has also amended the the transfer policy as follow :-

•  In case of regular or re-employed employee with less than one year service as on 5/1/2012, now they will not be declared surplus as well as maladjusted. Instead of  surplus employee mention above, the next senior most teacher will be declared surplus ( List enclosed).
• The teacher in PH category will not be declared surplus.
• The Asstt. Teacher working in SKV will not be declared maladjusted.
• The Librarian, Physical teacher, yoga teacher, drawing teacher, Music Teacher, Domestic Teacher will not be declared maladjusted.

If the the above category teachers have applied for on line transfer, they can cancel it by the Link provided in their ID for the same.
